Conditions

UgcDb provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. If you visit ugcDb, you accept these conditions.

Member Conduct

You agree to NOT:

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
intentionally delete or vandalize the content on the service;
use data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on this site, except with our express written consent.
use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of your content.

You acknowledge that UgcDb may or may not pre-screen Content, but that UgcDb and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any Content that is available via the Service.

Neutral Point of View

All person bios and content descriptions must be written from a neutral point of view (NPOV), representing fairly and without bias the information.

Use the message boards and comments and ratings sections on people, content, and account pages for personal opinions or biased points of view.

Content Contributions

If you post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant UgcDb and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant UgcDb and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this site's policies and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify UgcDb or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply.
